Remedy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical stage company developing small molecule drugs targeting NCCa-ATP channels in acute central nervous system injury including traumatic brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury.  The NCCa-ATP channel is a novel, validated target for reducing secondary effects of traumatic and ischemic injury.  Our lead product, RP-1127* is an intravenous version of glyburide, a high affinity, safe, well tolerated inhibitor of NCCa-ATP channels that acts through antagonism of the type-1 sulfonylurea receptor (SUR1).
